Satisfaction Guaranteed
We stand by our products. We use the best ingredients and bake in small batches to ensure the highest quality. If you are not satisfied with our product for any reason, please notify us within 24 hours. We would like the product to be returned so that we can look at the product and see where the problem took place. When the item is returned a store credit will be granted.
Wedding and Specialty Cake Policies:
- All orders need to be placed within 4-6 weeks of your event.
- A $100.00 dollar non-refundable deposit is required when placing your order.
- All cakes need to be paid in full 1 week before your event.

Order Time Line
- Week-end orders must be placed by end of day Thursday.
- Fondant and tier cakes 2 weeks prior to event.
- Week day orders 24 hours in advance.
